Placing your order

It should be very easy for you to use our website to find the item you are looking for.
You can search the items under mens, womens and GB clothing where you will find a vast array of Great Britain Teamwear and kit.


You can also search for specific items by clicking on the top search bar button to find a specific brand/item you are looking for. 
 

Simply click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a essential details that we need in order to place the order. Please note, once you click the finalise your order button, you can not return to your order to make any further amendments, and you will be directed to the Secure Trading screen to take  payment.

Stock

In the unlikely event that we find we are out of stock of the product you ordered, we will contact you to offer a suitable or higher alternative or simply a refund in full.

Prices are in GB Pounds Sterling

 

Price Matching

We will price match any genuine online retailer advertised price at the point of sale. Match must be verified as exact like for like which includes item code, exact size available, delivery times & delivery charges. We do not price match free gifts or promotional voucher discounts. We do not retrospectively pricematch.

 Payment

You can pay by: Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Maestro (formerly Switch), Electron or Solo through the Secure Trading payment gateway.
All sensitive payment card information is encrypted using the most sophisticated e-payment software available and is sent to the bank for instant authorisation via the SecureTrading network of payment gateways. Transactions normally take a few seconds to be processed and at no time are your payment card details at risk from cyber criminals.SecureTrading also remain PCI DSS Level 1 accredited for the third year running, having satisfactorily met the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI) and other major payment card association security requirements related to the protection of cardholder data.


Packaging / Delivery Charges & Times

Packaging & Delivery charges are calculated by weight at the check-out

For UK Mainland we offer two options for delivery.

Standard delivery is 5-7 working days .In most instances the charge for clothing is ££5.95. Standard delivery is normally by Royal Mail 1st Class Post. If the Royal Mail can not deliver they will card you with details of the neighbour or the local sorting office that the parcel has been taken to for collection by you. During delivery service provider industrial disputes we will not accept any responsibility for extended delays in delivery of your parcel.

Express delivery is 2 working days. In most instances the charge for courier delivery is £9.50 Courier delivery is by signed for courier or Royal Mail signed for.

You can leave special delivery comments (max 30 characters)  in the comments box. We will always try our best to accommodate these requests, but unfortunately they can not be guaranteed as it depends on the carrier. Requests to leave parcels unsigned for, are at the  customers own risk and Sportswear Deals will not accept responsibility if this is the case.

Express deliveries require a signature, so some one must be available to accept delivery. Delivery can be any time between 8.00am and 6pm. If no one is there to accept delivery the courier may, at their discretion, leave with a neighbour or return to the depot, and card you with details of where your parcel has been left, or how to arrange for re delivery or collection from the depot.

For Countries outside the UK we will only deliver to an address that is in the same country as the billing address. 


For European Countries  - Royal Mail International Signed For (Insurance Included).
Delivery time is 7 - 14 working days. Packaging & Delivery charges are calculated by weight at the check-out. 

Delivery outside Mainland Europe for large items such as suitcases etc (greater than 60cm in length , or length + width + height greater than 90cm ) will be subject to a carriage surcharge. Please ring or email for a quote or alternatively we will contact you once you have placed your order.

For your peace of mind you will be sent an automated e mail to confirm that your order has been dispatched. Please allow the full delivery time you selected for delivery for the arrival of your goods, before you advise us of non delivery.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email to confirm your order details. This e mail is sent from an automatic source, so please do not reply to the email as it will not be read.

You can track the progress of your order by logging in to your account on our website.

You will receive a confirmation of dispatch e mail when your order is dispatched.


Returns

We offer a no quibble 28 day return policy. If any of our items are unsuitable you may return them for a full refund or exchange as long as they are returned complete with tags and original packaging in fully re saleable condition.  Please fill in the returns form and enclose with the returned product.

Returns must be received to us within 28 days of receipt.


Return Postage & Packing is payable by the customer and no refund will be issues unless Sportswear Deals have sent an incorrect item or size or a faulty item. 


Shoe boxes should be sent in a postal bag. Do not seal shoe boxes with tape as this damages the box and therefore the return will not be in a resalable condition.


For your peace of mind we suggest you send returns by signed for/ recorded delivery. This means that if your parcel is lost in the post you will be able to claim from the carrier for goods that were lost. If you wish you can use Standard post which is more economical but offers no insurance & we can not  accept responsibility for lost or damaged post.

Items not required: A full refund (less postage) will be given.

Item for exchange: The cost of redelivery will be charged for.

Faulty goods: Faulty goods will be assessed and if faulty a replacement will be offered or a refund given if required. The cost of postage that you paid to return the goods to us will also be refunded.

Incorrect Product dispatched: If we have sent out incorrect goods please accept our apologies & return them to us. We will re send out the correct goods and refund you the cost of postage you paid to return the goods to us.

Free products: Free products associated with purchased items you return must be returned also. If the free items are not returned, unfortunately you will be charged for them at the normal price.

All returns and Refunds are processed within 14 days. Refunds can only be credited back onto the card you originally made payment.


WEEE Compliance

UK households dispose of over 1.2 million tonnes of electrical and electronic waste every year. This is the equivalent of 150,000 double-decker buses and would be enough to fill St James Park 10 times over!
Much of the UK’s electronic waste ends up in landfill sites, where toxins put communities at risk. Failure to segregate any type of recyclable material in the home will usually result in items being disposed of in a landfill site (buried in the ground in the UK) where the lead and other toxins it contains can cause soil and water contamination. This can have a harmful effect on natural habitat, wildlife and also human health.
To remind you to recycle, all new electrical products are marked with a crossed out wheeled bin symbol.

The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive is now UK law. The legislation aims to make producers pay for the collection, treatment and recovery of waste electrical equipment. The regulations also mean that suppliers of equipment like high street shops and internet retailers must allow consumers to return their waste equipment free of charge.
Distributors of new Electric and Electronic Equipment (EEE) have a part to play in reducing the amount of WEEE going into landfill sites.
Sportswear is to undertake these regulations to offer our customers free take-back of their WEEE on a like-for-like basis when you buy from us a new Electrical or Electronic product.
For example, if a customer bought a new stopwatch/pedometer from us we would accept their old stopwatch/pedometer and prevent it going into a landfill site by disposing of it safely at a local WREL site. 
Most supermarkets and shops that sell batteries will have collection bins for used batteries, and some town halls, schools or libraries may also set up collection points. End users may find stores in their local area more accessible.

Customers must return their WEEE item to us within 28 days of purchasing their new item. 

 

Eligibility

Transactions on Sportswear Deals are available only to individuals and entities that can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Without limiting the foregoing, Sportswear Deals and the services offered by Sportswear Deals are not available to minors. If you do not qualify, click here to leave Sportswear Deals and do not use Sportswear Deals. You must be eighteen (16) years of age or older to proceed with a transaction. If you are under the age of sixteen, please seek the assistance of an adult.


Your Rights to Cancel

We fully comply with Distance Selling Regulations
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 7 working days of receipt, This includes any carriage charge at the time you placed the order, but excludes the products listed as exceptions below 
personalised or made-to-measure products perishable goods unsealed CDs, DVDs, tapes or other recording media, software or video.

If you wish to cancel, you must inform us in writing, quoting your order number, within 7 working days following the day you received the goods and you must also take reasonable care of the goods. 

What do we mean by reasonable care? We would consider that reasonable care has not been taken of the goods, for instance, if you have used them to an extent beyond what would be reasonable if examining them in a shop ie trying them on and leaving all tags on before purchase.
If you cancel an order we will require that you return the goods complete with all undamaged packaging to us in good time, with the original packaging and at your own expense. We will refund within 30 days of notification of cancellation once we have received the returned goods.
