Refund policy

RETURNS 

We offer a no quibble 28 day return policy. If any of our items are unsuitable you may return them for a full refund or exchange as long as they are returned complete with tags and original packaging in fully re saleable condition.  Please fill in the returns form and enclose with the returned product.

Returns must be received to us within 28 days of purchase.

Return Postage & Packing is payable by the customer (we strongly advise a tracked and signed for service so the item is insured against loss) and no refund will be issued until we receive the item back safely. Refunds take no more than 48 hours to process thereafter. 

A full refund of goods sent back that are unworn, unwashed and in a saleable condition (less postage) will be given.

Item for exchange: The cost of redelivery will be charged for at a reduced cost of £3.85

Faulty goods: Faulty goods will be assessed and if faulty a replacement will be offered or a refund given based on UK trading standards law. The cost of postage that you paid to return the goods to us will also be refunded.

Incorrect Product dispatched: If we have sent out incorrect goods please accept our apologies & return them to us. We will re send out the correct goods and refund you the cost of postage you paid to return the goods to us.

Free products: Free products associated with purchased items you return must be returned also. If the free items are not returned, unfortunately you will be charged for them at the normal price.

All returns and Refunds are processed within 14 days. Refunds can only be credited back onto the card you originally made payment.
